Relax, everyone is entitled to their opinion. Even if it means compiling a bad crit on something like a tv advert, do you perhaps work for either Sony or the creative agency behind the advert? You can’t attack someone like that for merely speaking their mind.

I personally don’t think it’s a bad advert, not the best, but certainly not the worst. It doesn’t really grab me, but it sort of ok. (I am in media)

All I can say Jess, relax. And Michael, why block an advert if they have reviewed it and dubbed it as the worst, it is their right, it seems like you are also perhaps working for either Sony or the creative minds behind it?!?

To answer a couple of your points, I very rarely base my opinion of something on “the time and effort it takes to create something in stop-motion”.

I think that there is a difference between “being inspired by” and “copying”.

And I should, in the defence of TWA, point out that it’s a fairly widely discussed point in the Advertising Industry as to whether Fallon did or didn’t copy the idea.

But really, “stupid and pointless review”?
“Hmm…it caught your attention enough to write about.”
