Me living in the Uk, i think all our ads apart from Comparethemarket.com’s ever so popular ad, a fork full of Pot noodle is like eating a novel by peter andre, exactly its a nonsence pile of shit. Pot Noodle, its just bullshit like all the ads because it doesn’t sell.

Covert Jellyfish – I agree, we should unite to free Silky from the evil clutches of bad-adland-bosses. Alternatively we should use this opportunity to overthrow him and appoint (I stress not elect) a new guardian of sanity in the face of relentless advertising drivel. We need a saviour, a man who can stand tall in the face of adversity and not bog off on holiday when the public needs him. It appears that Silky has been kidnapped by the Total World Advertising Team. He is being force fed Pot Noodles and Oatibix, fortunately the TWATs have an inexaustible supply of Tena Lady to deal with the resulting mess. It is up to us to try to free the “Adland One”, in my capacity as a complete gimp I have identified two possible courses of action available to us.

(1) We can do a mass Breakdance in front of the Houses of Parliment, dressed as various corporate shills, in an attempt to appease the Gods Of Retail Purchases (GORPs). (If we do that I bagsie Jonny English)

(2) As he is currently being held in a shed built out of old MFI stock held together by Cuprinol, we can just wait for a couple of months till the stench melts the joints and he is released back into the wild. Whereupon we can spray him with LYNX till he turns into a chocolate man and his nose grows back.

Is she a fat chick or slim chick? She’s got that chubby fat chick face, but a slim body.

Why do we have to draw a line? As this advert proves, there is an unlimited supply of shite, and even more people to star in them ( Yeah, I know, infinity plus one is not a number, but if he can write “pop at hip hop” in his post I can have unreal numbers in mine, ok? ) Also Silky has to buy a boat this year, so we all need to visit his site as often as possible.

Ok why is this advert here? come on we need to draw the line somewhere, we cant put every advert in exsistance on here.

These pot noodle ads are obviously taking a pop at pop culture (yeah two pops in 3 words), like the first one was a pop at hip hop, which i thought did a good job.

These ads arent bad and are certainly not among the worst.

Worth remembering Sarah that Pot Noodle have used the poodle link before, and probably will do again.

That said, the advert that at first I found funny is just now annoying. But then there are far too many adverts on, so everything is completely annoying.
