This advert is funnier than anything Monty Python or Paul Whitehouse have ever done. Many of the Spanish developers are exactly like this believe me I’ve met plenty of them. It’s the pure genius of the “and find out why were still selling houses” with a knowing nod like the butcher on league of Gentlemen. Honestly this is a cult advert that will revive the comb over and provide endless amusement for school kids who can use the lines in their Spanish classes with impunity. Please miss how do you say ” come stay with us for free” whilst pulling their trousers up to their chest.

I’m surprised that the Advertising Standards Agency is even allowing the advert to run. I’m one of many people they owe money to and just don’t pay up! This company is a disgrace, as is the fact that we allow the adver to run in this county!

Everytime I see this I can only presume that Jose said “Look! Im paying so bloody much for these adverts im going to be in them!” (obviously in Spanish with a typically Spanish sentence structure) and of course because he’s the President of Polaris World (gosh) he got his wish. Unfortunately though I agree that this advert does no good for Spanish stereotypes.
